Sponsorship packages

Invitation Tickets

This is an opportunity for an exhibitor to sponsor and have a full colour advertisement on the Sylva Wood 2015 tickets. Full material for a D L panel must be supplied by the exhibitor for the ticket.
Invitation tickets will be distributed to potential visitors through magazine inserts and direct mail to leading associations and businesses, as well as industry professionals, allowing a greater opportunity for pre-show publicity.

Carrier Bags

An exhibitor may sponsor carrier bags which will be distributed at the registration area.
Each carrier bag will have the sponsor’s logo on it. A promotional item or brochure may be included at no extra cost.
The sponsor is responsible for the printing and production of the bag, as well as the insertion of the any additional promotional item or brochure if required.

Directional Signage (indoors)

All indoor exhibition signage at Sylva Wood 2015 will include the sponsor’s logo. These signs include directional signs to all indoor facilities, including entrances, exits, toilets and special features.
The sponsor must supply the organiser with the logo so that appropriate signs can be made.

All outdoor exhibition signage at Sylva Wood 2015 will include the sponsor’s logo. These signs include directional signs to all outdoor facilities, including entrances and parking.
The sponsor must supply the organiser with the logo so that appropriate signs can be made.

Visitor Badges

Sponsors may print their logo on all visitor badges to create a higher awareness of the sponsor’s company to the visitors at the exhibition.
The sponsor must supply the organiser with the logo for the badges.

Visitor Lanyards

Sponsors may print their company logo and message on lanyards which will be attached to visitor badges.
The sponsor is responsible for the printing and production of the lanyard, as well as ensuring that the clip on the lanyard is compatible with the visitor’s badge.

Footprints

Sponsors may design directional stickers of any shape leading to their booths from the entrance.
The stickers should not exceed 75cm in length.

A total of 40 stickers is recommended.
Sponsors may supply footprint stickers on their own, or they may contact the organisers to recommend a supplier to create the stickers.
