Space with Standard Shell Scheme (minimum of 9m2):
The stand costs for the standard shell scheme construction include:
- 1x information desk
- 2x Foldable Chairs
- 1x Waste Basket
- 1x Show Directory Listing
General setting up and dismantling of the stand including the following:
- Laying carpet over the entire booth area
- Booth partition walls (rear and side walls) as per stand space
- 1x Power Socket (13 Amp)
- 2x Spotlights (100 W)
- 1x Company Fascia Board on all open sides maximum of 20 letters
- 24 Hours Security
- Cleaning of the booth areas
Space Only (minimum of 27m2):
A Space Only Shell Scheme only consists of Space Booked and 1x Show Directory Listing.
An additional charge for general setting up and dismantling of the stand at USD3/m2 applies.
*Note:
If exhibitors do not want any item stated in the Standard Shell Scheme or Premium Shell Scheme booth packages, the cost of the packages will not change and there will be no replacement with another item. Additional stand furniture and electrical items can be rented by completing the respective forms in the Exhibitor Service Manual and returning the completed forms by the stipulated deadlines.
